Here is another alternative form of transportation from our friends over at Gizmag. Gizmag is a great source of cool, high-tech gadgets and solutions for everyday life, with a focus on the future. I always enjoy checking them out, and this time I was rewarded with the SolarShuttle boat from the U.K. This 42 passenger boat carries it's passengers around the ecologically-fragile Serpentine Lake, part of England's Hyde Park. Not only are there zero emissions from the boat, but it operates silently and looks very cool!
